It was with great pleasure that we accepted the invitation by Madame Charlotte and Dame Caroll to come to Essen to witness and to document their expertise in dominating men and women at the CBC-studio. We have fond memories of Madame Charlotte when we visited her in Berlin (Domina Files 15) and she has come a long way since then.
